When will I receive my order?

For orders within the UK, you will receive your order between approximately 2 to 5 business days from dispatch - please note that I cannot factor in external delays from Royal Mail or other carriers, these are out of my control. When you receive an email telling you your order has been dispatched, it will be collected by the mail carrier the following morning.

When do you dispatch orders?

Orders are packaged up every Sunday and dispatched every Monday. If your order is placed after 7pm GMT on a Sunday, it will not be packaged until the following Sunday, so please keep this cutoff time in mind. 

There’s a problem with my order - what can be done?

Your happiness and satisfaction is my top priority, so please shoot me an email at tay@smidgenofpigeon.com with your order number and details of what’s wrong and we can get it sorted. 

Artwork

What tools do you use?

For digital artwork, I work on an iPad 10th Generation with a 1st generation Apple Pencil. I use Procreate and Clip Studio Paint. I work traditionally far less often but for traditional works I use Bristol board paper, Micron fineliners, Ohuhu markers and Prismacolor coloured pencils.

Do you take commissions?
